WinFair
Fair Management System for Windows

Introduced in 1994, WinFair™ is the first Windows™-based fair management system. WinFair™ is an information management system designed to automate many of the tasks associated with managing exhibits at fairs and expos. It maintains an inventory of information on each of your departments and classes, as well as registration information for exhibitors and each of their exhibits. WinFair™'s consistent user interface makes it quick to learn and easy to use. Department and class information includes premium payment amounts which can be associated with either ribbon awarded or numerical placing.

Registration information is compiled into a tabular form which can be printed out for the superintendent responsible for each class. Space is provided for recording placing information, which can then be entered into the computer in a straightforward manner.

A flexible Special Awards mechanism allows you to create any number of special positions associated with any department or class on an ad hoc basis.

The Premium Receipt capability produces a form detailing each premium paid and the total amount for each exhibitor.

WinFair™ also generates news releases, compiling placing and special award information into an ASCII file suitable for distribution to newspapers.

WinFair™ requires Windows™ 3.1 or later and runs on computers with 486 or better processors. It may be run standalone or in a network environment and can be customized to suit your particular needs. For more information, please contact:
